Calypso Haus – Terms & Conditions

By placing an order through Calypso Haus, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms exist to ensure both parties are aware of their responsibilities and to establish clear expectations for our service.


1. General

All orders are subject to stock availability. We do our best to keep inventory up to date, but occasionally a product may become unavailable after purchase. In this case, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to ask whether you’d like to wait for a restock or receive a refund for the unavailable product.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase and reflect the final shipping price.


3. Returns

We do not accept returns at Calypso Haus. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may report it within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will issue a full refund or replacement once the issue is verified.


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic orders typically arrive within 1–7 business days.

4.2 International Transit Time

International orders are usually delivered within 2–10 business days, depending on your location.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–5 business days from the time of purchase.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

You may request a change of address only before your order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

4.6 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with available options.

4.7 Delayed Deliveries

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@calypsoswim.com so we can assist you.


5. Import Duties & Taxes

For international orders, Calypso Haus is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.


6. Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.


7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

7.1 Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is damaged in transit, we will issue a refund or replacement once the courier has completed an investigation.

7.2 Lost Parcels

If your parcel is deemed lost after an investigation by the courier, we will offer a refund or replacement.
